Being a wedding photographer means SO much more to me than just snapping a couple cute photos of you and your boo. It’s a very real part of your wedding day, and I believe you deserve the best experience possible. From the engagement session, to planning of your wedding day timeline, all the way to the sheer romantic feels you’ll share on the big day itself. I’ve got you covered my friend!
Philosophy
Imagine, someone you don’t know stepping into your wedding day that you’ve invested some serious money on and they don’t know a LICK about you. You shouldn’t want that, and it’s my personal goal to know what side you like yourself photographed the most and to make you feel as comfortable as possible in front of my camera. To know what poses are going to work best for you and your love. To help you every step along the way that I can to make your wedding day everything you dreamed it would be and more. When I walk into a bride’s wedding day, I am SO ready to capture all of the precious details she has planned. Those details she has been waiting her entire life to see come to life. The real moments her and her groom share together and the magic that surrounds them. For me, that’s an astounding affirmation of trust. Trust in me...that I will bring her vision to life, like WOW!!!
My Why
Family is everything to me. Love is everything to me. Without my husband and the amazing family I was blessed with, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Growing up with such a supportive group of people around me, always encouraging me to chase my dreams and believed in the person I wanted to be gave me the solid foundation I needed. The realization from a young age that life is fleeting and understanding the tiny moments in life are just as precious as the grandest gestures fuel me, inspire me, and fulfill me. Being married to my biggest cheerleader is incredible. He motivates me, encourages me to do the things that scare me, and stands beside me as I pursue all my dreams of being a successful fine art wedding photographer.
I see everything in life with my heart. I feel sentimental moments as though they were my own. My awareness of the subtleties around me is a gift God has blessed me with and I find it pretty neat to be able to use these gifts in service of others.
The blessings God's given me, the steadfast support from my best friend, my husband, and my love for preserving memories, are my why. I do this because nothing makes me feel more completely alive than walking in on wedding day and capturing these special moments with my brides and grooms, their friends and families. Knowing I am able to provide peace of mind because we have worked hard beforehand to ensure the day is organized and flows peacefully. And, well, because nothing makes me smile bigger than getting to photograph a bride and groom who are madly in love with each other… it’s pretty unbelievable!
Marriage is… just the best thing ever! Nothing more, nothing less. It’s so wholesome and it is so so so good.

When I say this, I really do mean it. Which is why I have to make sure everything is in order, in place, and as close to perfect! But if something goes off schedule, I remain calm and do what we need to do with a smile!
