Cassidy & Austin | Ventanas Atlanta Wedding

Cassidy + Austin’s October wedding at Ventanas Atlanta was classic and whimsical. Flowers in every shade of pink added the perfect touch of whimsy, like a cherry atop the tastiest sundae. Ventanas Atlanta is a rooftop venue in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. With Centennial Olympic Park across the street and the most stellar view of the city, Ventanas is a dream wedding venue! Everything about their day was a dream come true. The wedding party they selected to stand with them, their sweet families, the stunning florals, the sunset over the skyline. It was a joy to be a part of and I’m excited to share pieces of their day with you!

Getting Ready

Ventanas Atlanta sits at the top of Hilton Garden Inn. This is perfect for couples and wedding parties getting ready for the big day ahead!

The First Look

Cassidy and Austin decided to read their vows in private, just after their first look.

After capturing bride and groom portraits, it was time for wedding party photos. Having Centennial Park across from Ventanas was amazing. We were able to add a touch of beautiful greenery to their gallery by doing these portraits at the park.

Because Cassidy and Austin opted to do a first look, we were able to get most family formals done before their ceremony. This allowed us extra time after the ceremony to get incredible sunset portraits on the rooftop. Don’t you love the pop of blue from their mom’s dresses?

Sunset on the Helipad

While guests enjoyed a stunning view at cocktail hour, we went to the helipad for sunset portraits. The black bridesmaid dresses, black tux and Cassidy’s white dress was EVERYTHING in the sunset light.

The Reception at Ventanas

Another cool thing about Ventanas is the reception space. This venue has floor to ceiling windows that wrap all the way around, giving guests a spectacular view of the city.

Austin’s dad sang a beautiful song while Austin danced with his mom. So sweet!

Cassidy and Austin capped the night by taking a helicopter tour of Atlanta. Guests cheered them on as they made their way to the helipad. We ended the night with a few fun helicopter photos. A send off to remember, for sure!
